Unlocking GenAI Potential with Prompt Engineering - Join us for an engaging and insightful seminar led by our MSc DDM program graduate, Mr. Hinz SHUM, a current Data Scientist at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and a passionate advocate for Artificial Intelligence.  Mr. Hinz SHUM is excited to share valuable insights from this experience in implementing Generative AI in the workplace that will empower you to harness this transformative technology effectively. 


Topic includes (i) “Understanding Generative AIs“, (ii) “The Role of Prompt Engineering”, (iii) “Real World Examples” , (iv) “Risks and Ethics” and (v) “Q&A Session”.  




About the speaker: 
Mr. Hinz SHUM is a Data Scientist in the Research Department at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and previously a Statistician specialising in Data Science at the Hong Kong Government after graduating from the MSc DDM program at HKUST.  He now leverages advanced GenAI technologies, including DeepSeek-R1, to streamline different business workflows at HKMA to enhance the overall operational efficiency.
